Just Fill PDF

Privacy-first

Privacy

Just Fill PDF is built around a simple idea: your PDF should not need to leave your device just so you can fill it out.

What stays on your device

Your PDF file and the information you add to it stay in your browser while you edit. Just Fill PDF does not send your PDF, form entries, dates, checkmarks, initials, or signatures to its servers for editing.

Your PDF filename is not sent for analytics or license validation. The browser uses the PDF bytes and field values locally to display and create the completed PDF.

What is saved locally

The core editor does not require a Just Fill PDF account. The browser may remember your preferred typed signature, preferred initials, and license unlock status locally so you do not need to re-enter them every time in the same browser.

If you clear browser data, use private browsing, or switch browsers or devices, those local preferences or license status may need to be entered again.

What goes online

We use limited product analytics for page views and actions such as opening the editor, loading a PDF, adding a field, reviewing a document, attempting a download or print, and clicking checkout. The only field detail included is the field type. Analytics does not include PDF contents, PDF filenames, or information entered into PDF fields.

Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy. License activation sends your license key and a browser instance name. Later validation sends the license key and browser license instance ID. These checks do not send PDF files, PDF filenames, document contents, field values, signatures, initials, dates, or checkmark choices.

If you submit the feedback form, your responses are sent through Formspree. Do not put private PDF contents in that form.

Just Fill PDF does not currently use a separate error-reporting service.

What we do not collect for editing

Just Fill PDF does not collect your PDF file, PDF filename, PDF contents, form entries, typed signature, initials, dates, or checkmark choices for the core editing workflow.
